§ 30.01. ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE; NUMBER OF VOTES NEEDED.

An ordinance requesting additional appropriations from the County Council under I.C. 36-2-5-12 may be passed only after receiving an affirmative vote from at least 2/3 of all elected members of the County Council.
