(A) The Board of County Commissioners do hereby establish a Community Corrections Advisory Board (“Board”), consisting of such members as mandated in I.C. 11-12-2-2(a), for such terms as mandated in I.C. 11-12-2-2(b), and authorizing the use of such powers by the Board as provided for under Indiana law.
(B) The Board of County Commissioners do further authorize and empower the Board to participate in the Juvenile Detention Alternative Initiative (“JDAI”), and to receive funding, allocate and expend funds, and perform such acts as necessary in furtherance of the JDAI, as provided for in Indiana law.
