§ 34.29. COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT FIRING RANGE FEE.

The County Sheriff may charge a daily fee of $50 for the use of the County Sheriff Department’s firing range. Any fees collected shall be deposited in the commissary account for the Sheriff.
