§ 34.32. REAL PROPERTY ENDORSEMENT FEE.

(A) The Auditor of Boone County, Indiana shall collect a fee of $10 for each legal description of each parcel contained in the deed for which the Auditor makes a real property endorsement.
(B) Such fee shall be in addition to any other fee provided by law and shall be placed in a dedicated fund for use of maintaining plat books.
