§ 150.02. UNIFIED LEGAL DESCRIPTION REQUIRED FOR COMBINED PARCELS.

The Board of County Commissioners do hereby require that any individual or entity that combined parcels of land must provide a unified legal description that describes the entire combined parcel, and that shall be submitted by a professional land surveyor.
